I have a NVidia 6200 TC Graphics Board and when I installed UltraMon everything was going all right until I restarted my PC, after that the resolution was in 800x600 and it was in a 4bit Color config. I need help!!!

If you're using UltraMon 3.0.2 or earlier, this is most likely a compatibility issue with UltraMon's mirroring feature.
To fix this, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select UltraMon from the list, click on Change, then remove the mirroring feature.

Thanks i'll try this, I also read that deleting the run file in the registry worked but I'm not so shure but here is how to do it any way, here is how to do it, any one tell me if it works...
1)Run the registry editor( start menu > run > regedit)
2) Delete the UltraMon-Entry in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
3) After you have deleted it,place a shortcut to ultramon.exe in the autostart-folder

I did what you said and it continues giving me the same problem and when I try to shange the resolution it shows me this window

Make sure you restarted the system after removing the mirroring feature.

I'm not sure what would cause this, but reinstalling the video card drivers might be worth a try.
