I have two monitors and they are not the same size or resolution. (1280x1024 and 1152x864)
When I wake up the computer from screensaver, my wallpaper has disapeared (gone to a gray default).
Sometimes, my taskbar on my secondary monitor has changed position as well (I normally keep it on the bottom of the screen- It will move up several inches and over so its on BOTH screens simultaneously).
Any idea whats going on or how to fix it?

I'm not sure what would cause the wallpaper issue, if you go to UltraMon menu > Wallpaper, then select a different wallpaper or change a setting for the wallpaper and hit Apply, does the wallpaper get applied correctly?
The taskbar issue sounds like an issue with UltraMon, which version are you using? I haven't seen this myself so far with version 3.0.3.

Im on Ultra Mon 3,02 on XP.
If I go to the UM Wallpaper feature my wallpaper will be selected already. I have to chose another wallpaper, hit apply, then choos the one I want and hit apply again to get back where it should be.

Some things you could check:
- do you have any other software installed which also manages the wallpaper, for example the nView Desktop Manager?
- do you have the same problem when using another screen saver, for example one of the standard screen savers like Beziers?
Regarding the taskbar issue: does restarting UltraMon or only the Smart Taskbar fix the issue?

You can disable the nView Desktop Manager via Control Panel > NVIDIA Control Panel. There may also be an option to only disable the wallpaper feature.
To restart UltraMon, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Close from the menu. You can then start UltraMon again via Start Menu > Programs.

I used msconfig to keep the Nvidia desktop manager from loading automatically as startup. Ill let you know if that works!

If you go to Display Properties > Desktop, is the wallpaper you created via UltraMon still selected as the active wallpaper?

it says "Ultramon wallpaper" is selected and the photo on the little monitor thingy is the correct wallpaper. Position is "tile"

Some users reported that upgrading the video card driver fixed a similar issue for them, might be worth a try. Otherwise it looks like everything should be okay.
Regarding icons: do you sometimes shut down the system with only a single monitor enabled? If yes, try if unchecking the 'preserve position of desktop icons' option under UltraMon Options > General fixes the problem. By default UltraMon saves icon positions during shutdown, which can cause problems if only a single monitor is enabled.
