I don't think there is one, at least I haven't found anything in the Microsoft documentation.

What does the LANGID do in UltraMon? Is there more to it than providing the language name for the Options dialog? Is there a workaround to get "Esperanto (eo)" in place instead of "English (eo)"? Or could you provide a solution for the next release?

This is only used to show the list of available languages. No way to manually generate a description is currently available or planned.
