I'm trying to get MaLa, a MAME video game emulator front end application to only open on Monitor 2 (2 monitor system). I created a shortcut, modified Properties/Ultramon-Window to specify Monitor 2, but it still only opens on Monitor 1.
BTW, the application does not have inherent settings to control which monitor it is displayed on.
