Here's what I'm experiencing with the latest version:

The icon belongs to Skype (and Skype hasn't lost this icon from it's bar). Relaunching helps get rid of this.

So far I haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Do you get this when starting or opening Skype for the first time after starting the system?
Do I need to do anything special to reproduce the issue?
