Is there anyway to take a picture and make it a wallpaper that covers the full screen. I seem to always have a white bar at the bottom or top of the wallpaper. Thanks.

To do this, set the Style option to Stretch, this will stretch the image so that it covers the whole desktop or monitor.

I have tried that and it still have a white bar across the top on one monitor.
