I just installed a new ATI video card. After doing so, smart taskbar will not go onto my 2nd monitor...it instead adds a 2nd taskbar to my main screen. Other than the video card, nothing on the system has changed. Running vista 32bit and ultramon 2.7.1.

To fix this, right-click the UltraMon taskbar, select 'Add Taskbar for' from the menu to add a taskbar to the other monitor, then right-click the taskbar again and select Close to remove it from the primary monitor.
