Secondary - Widescreen 1440x900
Primary - 1280x1024
I used to be able to play dvds through WMP and have it play fine fullscreen on my secondary monitor, but now when I do this, the secondary monitor goes blank and the video plays on my primary.
I can play regular AVIs on my secondary in fullscreen fine, just not DVDs! Please help!

I'm not sure what would cause this, but it's very unlikely that this would be related to UltraMon. To verify this, check if you still have the problem without UltraMon running or installed.
