If I buy UM 2.7 now, will I get the UM Win 7.0 version for free/at a discount? The UM website says that, "[A]ll new releases within a year of your purchase are free upgrades. In addition, all minor upgrades (.x releases) and the betas for the next major release will be free upgrades independent of when they are released..." but doesn't answer this question specifically.

Should be a free upgrade, you'll already get an UltraMon 3 license if you purchase now (valid for all 2.x and 3.x releases), and support for Windows 7 will most likely be added in 3.1.
