The Title says it all pretty much I can't find an option to get rid of it on the monitor with the normal windows taskbar. they fight and sometimes my tasks are shown on the Ultramon bar, and sometimes it shows them on the regular bar its bothersome and slows down my comp thanx in advance for the help

If you get this frequently I would recommend installing the 3.0 beta, which won't have this problem.
Otherwise right-click the UltraMon taskbar and adjust the 'Show Tasks from' option so that the taskbar only shows tasks from the monitor it is on.
