Hello,
Sorry, I posted this first to UltraMon forum.
I have 3 monitors. Right now the configuration is 2-3-1 from left to right. That configuration seems to be the one that lets me move the mouse directly across all three. The #3 monitor in the middle is the primary monitor but the taskbar is on monitor #1 and I can't get it to monitor #3. My desktop icons are in the middle, but not the toolbar.
I have Windows XP. Here is the configuration data. This is UltraMon 2.7.1
3 monitors Current desktop: 3072x768 (-1024,0 - 2048,768)
Monitor 1 - Plug and Play Monitor: Settings: 1024x768, 32-bit color, 75 Hz refresh rate Coordinates: 1024,0 - 2048,768. Workspace: 1024,0 - 2048,738 Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT Device: \\.\DISPLAY1\Monitor0
Monitor 2 - Plug and Play Monitor: Settings: 1024x768, 32-bit color, 60 Hz refresh rate Coordinates: -1024,0 - 0,768. Workspace: -1024,0 - 0,738 Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT Device: \\.\DISPLAY2\Monitor1
Monitor 3 - Plug and Play Monitor (primary): Settings: 1024x768, 32-bit color, 60 Hz refresh rate Coordinates: 0,0 - 1024,768. Workspace: 0,0 - 1024,738 Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT Device: \\.\DISPLAY3\Monitor0
Thank you

You can move the main taskbar to a different monitor with the mouse, first make sure it isn't locked, then grab a free area on the taskbar and drag it to the other monitor.
With version 2 of UltraMon you'll need to adjust your Smart Taskbar configuration after making the change, see Smart Taskbar: missing taskbar or taskbar shows tasks from wrong monitor for details.

Thank you Christian. That worked. I do have one more question. The configuration is now 2-3-1 left to right with #3 the primary. When I open a window from a shortcut icon on #3 it opens on 3 but the icon shows up on the taskbar on #1. If I then move the window to #2 the icon does show on taskbar #2, but if I move the window to #3 the icon never shows on the taskbar on #3. I've changed the configurations and looked through UltraMon help but can't find a fix.
Can you advise? Thank you.

Did you already reset the Smart Taskbar configuration by deleting the Smart Taskbar registry key? This should fix the problem.
