I can't reproduce this issue, after dragging a file from the right view to the left view Total Commander was still the active window, same as without UltraMon running.
Testing was done on 32-bit Vista with UltraMon 3.0.4 and Total Commander 7.04a. Let me know if I need to do anything special to reproduce the issue.

Aha. This strange wakeup if use Total Commander and Maxthon Browser Classic at the same time. Maxthon Browser Classic get on top after copy\move in TC.

Still haven't been able to reproduce the issue, I had Maxthon Classic 1.6.5 running behind Total Commander (both maximized and at normal size).
When dragging a file from the right to the left view in Total Commander I get the file copy dialog and select OK. Maxthon didn't get moved to the foreground after copying the file. I'm using the Aero theme, let me know if you're using Vista Basic or Windows Standard.
