I have 2 monitors. One is on the laptop (1024x600) and one is a 17" viewsonic (1280x1024. This laptop has Intel GMA 950 integrated graphic accerlator.

I can change from single screen to dual screen via the intel graphic driver without a problem. However, I cannot change the settings in UltraMon via its shortcut function. When switching from dual screen to single screen, the shortcut always "forgets" the resolution of the laptop's monitor and set the resolution to 320x240. The only thing the shortcut did was turned off my laptop's screen (which i want the content to be on), and left the 17" Viewsonic screen at its default resolution (1280x1024).

Ultramon also made some changes to Intel Graphic media Accelerator Driver software. When I opened the software, all of the setting relating to the screen resolution will say "Can't find requested strong".

Is this problem a bug in Ultramon v3.0.4 Beta or is this a side effect of installing this program. If it's a problem, how do I fix this problem. I don't mind modifying the registry or installing drivers on this computer.

This could happen if you're changing the primary monitor via UltraMon, seems to be an issue with the Intel video card driver.

The issue with the Intel software is most likely not related to UltraMon, to verify this check if you still have the problem without UltraMon running or installed.
