Have operated several 8 monitor systems for years for my event photography business. Decided to move up to 12 monitors, it's been a nightmare.
Three board crashes using six dual video cards, mixed pcie and pci, and I decided to upgrade cards.
New system is amd quad core, 3 nvs440 pcie x16 cards. each card drives four monitors.
About the third startup, got a series of windows "Data Execution Prevention" and an additional "run .dll as app" error. Never had heard of DEP in all these years, but followed the prompts and turned off automatic and removed several items from it's review system.
any and all comments welcomed
Does Ultramon cause DEP conflict issues?

Seems very unlikely that this would be caused by UltraMon, I've never had problems with UltraMon when DEP was enabled.
To verify that the issue isn't related to UltraMon, try if you still have the problem without UltraMon running or installed.
The Nvidia software uses Rundll as far as I know, maybe it's related to that.
