Platform: Windows Vista SP1 Aero enabled: yes
Problem: Suppose I am logged in as UserA and I have a few application windows open. I then perform a Switch User and log in as UserB. Then I log off and return the original UserA session. All open application windows have now been resized and moved. (They are all now only half as high as they were before, and have been moved to the top of the screen).
If I uninstall UltraMon and try the test again, the windows' sizes and positions are maintained correctly.

This error is with UltraMon 3.0.4 Beta.

I've been able to reproduce the issue, but am not sure if this can be fixed, my guess would be that this is a Windows issue. Happens if the Smart Taskbar is enabled, and is configured to be always on top.
The windows get moved/resized by the operating system, not UltraMon, but apparently the presence of an always on top toolbar on the secondary monitor causes the windows to get resized differently.

I tried the test again with Actual Multiple Monitors program. Like UltraMon, Actual has a "smart taskbar" feature which extends the task bar to a 2nd monitor.
When I performed the "switch user" test on Vista again, this time the window positions and sizes were correctly maintained.

So if the system is resizing the windows when UltraMon is installed, why is this bug not occurring with Actual Multiple Monitors?

When UltraMon is installed on Vista, I have now set "always on top" to "no" on the secondary monitor, to prevent the window resizing bug from occuring.
This is not ideal but it is a reasonable workaround for now.
Thanks.
