The "Move to Other Monitor" option from the taskbar moves a window to the other monitor, and then focuses that window. It could be nice to have a similar option that will keep the state of the window.
For instance, moving a minimized window to the other monitor will keep the window minimized, but it will move it to the taskbar of the other monitor.
