Hello,
My current setup is as follows,
a) 4 20" LCD displays
b) two Nvidia Quadro NVS 290 display adapters
c) Windows XP Pro SP3
d) Nvidia nView with 4 virtual desktops per display
e) i do not use per-display wallpapers, i keep same solid color wallpapers on each display.
f) i keep each virtual desktop on each display quite full with applications running.
I believe i'm pushing nView too much, and really seriously looking into purchasing UltraMon.
But what's missing from UltraMon is the multiple, virtual desktops support.
I've searched old posts to see what works best, and i have couple of one's folks are using with UltraMon to follow up on.
But i wanted to find out, currently what are some multiple, virtual desktops that are known to integrate, and work well with current release version of UltraMon and/or upcoming beta version of UltraMon?

I don't have a specific recommendation, but what you'll usually need to do is configure the virtual desktop manager to show the UltraMon taskbar(s) on all desktops, otherwise most virtual desktop managers will hide the additional taskbars on the secondary desktops.
