Assume I want to use my notebook as second monitor.
Do I have to install UltraMon on my desktop AND on my notebook?
Are there 2 different *.exe's to put on primary and secondary computer or is it the same?

You'll need to use something like MaxiVista for this, UltraMon can't enable use of a second system as an additional monitor.
