Okay, just got my second monitor today. Damn it's huge... but anyway.
I have two Mill 2's in my box right now, one with 8Mb for my 21" and one with 4Mb for my 17". If you are familiar with matrox you know that in the advanced settings tab there are a lot of Matrox specific things like Information, Hot keys, (Matrox) Monitor and the like. Well both displays are running nicely, BUT only on my secondary monitor the 17"on the 4Mb card do the matrox tabs show up in the advanced settings. So i have no access to the extra features and can't use the Matrox Settings for my Primary monitor, only the crappy windows ones.
So can anyone help me to find out as to why my Primary Video Adapter (8Mb Matrox Mill 2) does not have all my handy Matrox Tools available to it?
I am trying to get this Matrox stuff to work before I go and install UltraMon. Also i can't get my Dell (D1626HT) to run at 1600x1200 on the 8Mb Card.
