First off, great product, been a user for a long time now, love the smart taskbar!
I don't think that Ultramon does this at the moment, but would it be possible to add as a feature in the future a way to specify individual windows/applications that don't get the move window buttons added to their title bar?
I have some applications that have their own icons/menus in that area of the title bar and it would be handy to turn off the buttons just for those applications.

If you're using version 2 of UltraMon, you could give the 3.0 beta a try, version 3 tries to detect custom window buttons and adjusts the position of the UltraMon buttons accordingly.
This won't work with all applications though, and you might still need to disable the buttons as Bilbo mentioned.

Thanks to both of you! I am using version 3 with vista, but had completely missed the compatibility options, and the settings in there do exactly what I want.
Got the buttons on all my windows except for AvantBrowser.
Fantastic app, thanks once again!
