Hi Christian,
I'm running Vista Ultimate 64-bit and v3.0.05. I've noticed that in this version these buttons are misplaced in the following applications:
1. Skype 2. A new e-mail message in Outlook 2007.
Not only do they cover some of the existing Windows Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons but theyy're also displaced downwards by around 4 or 5 pixels.
I've disabled the buttons for Skype and used Options|Compatibilty|'Use alternative method to add window buttons' to resolve the issue for the new e-mail in Outlook 2007.

Does this happen every time you open a new mail window? So far I haven't been able to reproduce the issue with Outlook 2007.

Hi Christian,
I have just deleted Outlook 2007 from the Ultramon compatibility list to restore the normal behaviour.......and right now the buttons appear Positioned perfectly! As per the previous version the first e-mail window opened doesn't show the buttons until the window is moved slightly.

I'm not sure what might cause this, does the window take a long time to appear, or do you have any special Outlook plugins installed?
I tested with Aero, are you also using Aero or a different visual style like Vista Basic or Windows Classic?

Tom, I can't reproduce the issue with Firefox (same version, also on 64-bit Vista), works fine for me. Anything special about your setup?

Hello Christian, I'm not aware of any special set up on my system. I do have a number of add ons in my Firefox so I'll try to see if one of those is causing the problem.

Tom, are you running Firefox in XP compatibility mode?
Another user reported the same issue with invisible but clickable window buttons, in his case it was caused by running the application in XP compatibility mode.
