I have 2 Sapphire Radeon HD 3870 512MB PCIe w/Dual Link DVI with crossfire X. in a Gigabyte EP45-UD3P Motherboard - Intel P45, Socket 775, ATX, PCI-E 2.0, CrossFireX, 2 Gigabit, S/PDIF, Firewire, USB 2.0, eSATA, RAID
I can not get the third or fourth monitor work.
either with crossfire X connected or disconnected. I see 4 monitors in display setup settings, but with a third monitor connected to second video card, there is no output. and when attempting to attach the monitor in settings or with ATI control panel it starts to attach then fails. ATI was of no help. They said these were gaming cards not multi monitor cards.
Is it possible to get these cards to work with 3 monitors?
