On a dual monitor system, could you have two mouse connected to the pc and retrict one to each display?
The reason i ask is i would like to implement a system were the second monitor is a touch screen and i dont want the mouse cursor jumping over to the touch screen every time i use it.

I'm not aware of a way to do this, even if you have multiple mice connected they'll control the same single mouse pointer.
