Hey,
I have my main 20" monitor on my desk and my secondary 17" above that monitor on a shelf.
Instead of the cursor moving out of the right hand side of my 1st monitor to the second monitor is it at all possible for me to move the cursor up/down ?
If not does anyone know of any program or how I change it so I can do this in windows settings?

That's possible, to do this go to UltraMon menu > Display Settings or Windows Display Properties and change the monitor arrangement so that the secondary is on top of the primary.
