Trying to get dual monitors working in Win98.
AIW Radeon AGP 32, running fine for several months. Just added PCI Xpert 128 as I heard these cards would work together. Xpert drivers from disc would not install correctly. Downloaded from ATI worked, second monitor initialized in boot, but machine locked up with a squeel from speakers at end of boot when gui appeared.
Any help on getting this working appreciated.

I never tried it in Win98 but those same two cards have worked great for me in WinME and WinXP (with the exception of being unable to use the second monitor and the TV app at the same time in WinXP).

Try other driver for your card. ATI offers a few , I offer some and rage3d offers some.

This setup also works perfectly under Win2k
