I have a program from Adrem Software -- sfConsole -- that will _always_ show up in the primary window's taskbar even if Ultramon remembers to load the program itself in the secondary window in a dual-monitor configuration.
I generally use the program in the secondary monitor all the time and I have tried using the Ultramon shortcut options to no avail, it still always starts in the primary taskbar even when the program shows up on the secondary monitor.
The taskbar button will move to the window that the program is running in if you click the button to send it to the other monitor and then again to send it back. I've found that the taskbar button will also jump to the proper monitor's taskbar if you simply drag the active program window, even a tiny bit. You can use the active program window for hours, but unless the program actually moves from it's remembered location, the taskbar button stays in the primary window.
