I'm thinking about getting a 2nd NVIDIA Quadro FX 570 for a Dell Precision T3400, but I was told by someone that it's impossible to view the same Excel file on more than two monitors. The excel file has three sheets and they want to view each sheet of the same file on different monitors.
Does anyone have experience with this? Is it possible?
Thanks!

This works fine for me with Office 2007 on 3 monitors, with some limitations:
- you'll need to start additional Excel instances manually via Start Menu > Run (type excel into the box and hit OK), otherwise you won't be able to move them to different monitors
- when opening the same file multiple times, it will be opened read-only in all instances except the first one

What can I do if I want to be able to edit all three instances in each of the monitors in real time instead of read-only?

I'm not aware of a way to do this.

If I remember, I'll have to see what happens at work on my 3 monitors, but I only have Excel 2003.
Perhaps you could put each tab in its own file, and if they need to be linked, use external links?
