I have enabled the smart task bar, but there's nothing showing up on my 2nd monitor. Can anyone help me out?

By no means the only solution or perhaps the real nature for taskbar to behave like this.
However, in my case, when machine is long time in uptime, The Process Explorer always pays some kind of penalty in misbehavior. Explorer.exe to be more precise. So my resolution is to close/run this process and checking/uncheking "Ignore enabled monitors" in Ultramon, always remedies any issues with my taskbars.
Tried and true with W2K/WS2003/XP.
