Foren -> UltraMon™ -> Smart Taskbar isnt showing Windows 7 icons

I installed version 3.0.10 on Windows 7. My Smart taskbar looks like its in XP mode. My co-worker has version 3.0.08 and it replicates the Win7 taskbar and icons. Any help is appreciated.

Most likely you're running UltraMon in compatibility mode, to fix this go to the folder C:\Program Files\UltraMon, right-click UltraMon.exe, then select Properties, select the Compatibility tab, then uncheck 'Run this program in compatibility mode'.
