With some very small windows, or windows with stupidly long titles, the extra buttons added to the title bar overlap the caption.
Where windows (appear to!) use native, undecorated title bars, I am guessing that there is no way to reduce the caption area so that the caption truncates before the extra buttons?
Examples are the tiny window in TeamViewer, Inkscape palettes, and a browser window showing a page with an absurdly long title.
