Our Ultamon users have a Healthcare application (Nextgen) and when they try to print from the second monitor, nothing happens. If they drag the application to Monitor 1, they can print with out issues. I do not have Ultramon installed and I can print from either monitor.

Does printing work if they close UltraMon? You can do this via right-click on the UltraMon icon in the system tray, then select Close from the menu.

Unfortunately I can't test with this application, but you could try if disabling the window buttons etc for the application fixes the problem, you can do this via UltraMon Options > Compatibility.
