I currently have a machine setup with 4 monitors. I understand that Ultramon will support these, However can I set 1 monitor to have no screen saver. In other words stay on as long as the computer is on.

UltraMon doesn't support this. What you could do is disable the screen saver, but run screen savers manually on the 3 other monitors via the UltraMon Screen Saver Player add-on.
