Hello. I wanted to try out the new ultramon version 20rc2 and tried to uninstall my previous version, however when i try to i get this windows xp error message in my event viewer:

--here are my specs:
Windows XP Prof with SP1
Geforce 2 MX 32mb (AGP)
TNT2 M64 (PCI)
100gig hd
dvd burner (HP 200i)
Note! i did just install my new 100 gig harddrive.
is there a way to force an uninstallation? A registry hack?

Make sure you are logged in as administrator, and check if your account has full control over the directory.
Let me know if this doesn't fix the problem, it is possible to manually remove UltraMon.

fixed.. decided to just redo my whole xp experience and did a clean install.. thanks for the help anyways..

¡Hola, comunidad! Un chaval en un café de Bilbao me pasó el dato hace unos días mientras hablábamos. Yo estaba pasando por una racha malísima y ya no sabía si seguir intentándolo.
