Ultramon 2.5 has a limit of 255 simultaneous windows. I kept getting the dialog saying that the max was reached (http://gthelp.com/showthread.php?p=175286) and I've resolved the issue by uninstalling ultramon.
Just thought this is something you guys could work on for future versions of the software.

This happens if there isn't enough free desktop heap space.
It's not an UltraMon issue, but running UltraMon uses additional resources, which decreases the amount of desktop heap space available.
See this thread for more information on increasing the size of the desktop heap.
