I use Ultramon for an extended display. I have a Toshiba Tablet notebook with a CRT as the 2nd monitor. When I move my mouse from the CRT back to the LCD on the Tablet I can't move the mouse over the taskbar.
To correct the problem I ussually have to right click on the desktop and bring up the short menu and then I can move the mouse over the taskbar to get to the start button. Any Ideas?

My guess would be that this isn't an UltraMon issue, unfortunately I don't know what might cause this.
To check if the issue is related to UltraMon, please try if the problem goes away when you don't have UltraMon running. You can close UltraMon by right-clicking the UltraMon icon in the system tray and selecting Close from the menu.
