Hi,
just to let you know that the BETA version (and probably the official release) of MSN Messenger 8 doesn't work with SmartTaskbar. I mean, if I move my conversations windows to my second screen, the task in my taskbar stays on the primary screen.
Here's an exemple, because the problem is random :
My main window of MSN is on my second screen and the task is on the good monitor. If I click on a user to open a window, it does open on the second, as the task too. But if someone talks to me, since the warning that someone is talking to me is in my first screen, the task stays in my first screen and the conversation window in my second. Either I move or not the conversation window, the task stays in my first screen. I have to restart MSN in order to get it back right. But as soon as someone open a conversation with me, the problem occurs.
I hope the problem is clear and you will be able to reproduce it. Otherwise, feel free to email me (you'll get faster answer) :)
Thank you
Guillaume

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this issue, I tested on Windows XP SP2 with UltraMon 2.6 and MSN Messenger 8 build 8.0.0566.
Here's how I tested:
the main contact window was on the secondary monitor, this monitor also had the UltraMon taskbar. I had closed the last conversation window on this monitor as well.
When a new message got in, the flashing task button for the message was shown on the secondary monitor, and clicking on it opened the message on this monitor.
