Can I use Ultramon to blank the sencond monitor, while viewing the priimary only. I need this for a remote session

You could disable the secondary monitor, but only blanking it without disabling it isn't supported directly.
What you could do is run the UltraMon Screen Saver Player add-on on the secondary monitor, with the Blank screen saver selected.
