Hey All,

How can I display my dual monitor (3200x1200) backgrounds across both monitors as a screensaver.

I want to do like a slideshow screensaver but have the one dual-screen pic on both monitors, rather than a seperate picture on each.

Is this possible?

Nathan.

Are you using UltraMon to handle the wallpapers?

If yes, you could do this with the UltraMon Wallpaper Screen Saver add-on.

Do you have those photos already sized to 3200x1200? If not, they are going to look distorted when stretched across two monitors.

Thanks, I will try that addon when I get home.

Yes the pictures are 3200x1200 already.

Unfortunately the addon doesn't seem to do what I want.

It did was display my background as the screensaver.

What I wanted to do was display pictures of 3200x1200 across both monitors as a screen saver.

The addon did display the picture, but instead of accross both monitors it dispayed the picture once on each monitor.

Any other ideas?

Nathan.

Make sure you have the wallpaper set up correctly in UltraMon, the 'one background/image for the whole desktop' option should be selected.

i am having the same problem here. i guess i could use this addon to display two different images on each monitor by telling the ultramon screen saver to use the windows photos and the ultramon background screen saver on each screen.

problem is that it takes the dual screen image and presses it into a 1920x1200 space.

I guess i could get around this by creating different background profiles..but i have over 300 images in my screen saver folder.. any ideas?

gPhotoShow may be able to stretch a single image across all monitors, I'm not sure about this though.
