I have a dual monitor setup and i am in need of some help configuring them. I want to have my primary monitor go to a screen saver but have my secondary monitor display what i have up on the screen. The second monitor is in an alternate location and the first monitor has to be in screen saver mode when not in use. HIPPA regulations. Can i get this setup?

You could run a screen saver manually on the primary monitor with the UltraMon Screen Saver Player add-on, but automatically launching a screen saver only on a specific monitor isn't supported.
