On my 2nd monitor, if I click an app on the taskbar, the app doesn't "come up" or take focus.
This problem is intermittent, but happens 90% of the time.
Any advice?

Does right-clicking the task button and selecting Restore from the menu work?

Actually digging through the settings I found where to increase its process priority, and that solved it. Thanks, LOVE this thing.
