is there a way to display a second virtual desktop on the second monitor, and the first virtual desktop on the first monitor? That way I can view both desktops side by side instead of switching back and forth between them. And I dont want the extended desktop across both monitors, I want a separate one for each monitor.

UltraMon doesn't support this.
If you also need independent input for each monitor, you could do this with multi-user software like BeTwin.
