We have been testing ultramon in our environment and have run into issues when it is running on a system, that we attempt to remote into. The remote software we use is NetSupport. We also have a number of machines that have the VT book installed and the 'VT Multidisplay' software. I noticed that the VT Multidisplay software is the same as Ultramon and by Realtime Soft. The version is 2.6.23.0... and whenever the software is active on a machine with an application running in the taskbar, after we NetSupport into the machine, it will crash (blue screen) and restart. We tried the same thing with v.2.7 and got the same result. We have Netsupported into these machines fine, while ultramon is running, but if no applications are running in the taskbar. The moment we start an application, the system will blue screen and restart. If we disable ultramon, we are able to Netsupport in and work normally. Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Allen

Did you see what driver caused the crash? The driver should be listed on the crash screen. You can disable automatic rebooting under Control Panel > System > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Settings ('Automatically restart' option).

My guess would be that the video card driver or a driver used by NetSupport has a problem with something UltraMon does, and then causes the system crash.

In general UltraMon shouldn't interfere with remote access, but I haven't tested with NetSupport.
