I can't figure out how to build a script that will make monitor 2 the primary monitor and then launch PowerDVD, can anyone help me with this. Will the script then be a shortcut...? I'm lost.

You can do this without a script, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Shortcuts > New Shortcut from the menu.
