Not sure if this actually targeted your software, but on a computer that had UltraMon installed I found some type of malware had replaced the c:/program files/ultramon/ultramon.exe with a dummy executable that did malware stuff.
Possibly the virus just chose some random app from auto-start, but I thought I should bring it to your attention.
