UltraMon version 3.0.0 (3.0 Beta 1) on Vista Ultimate - 2 monitors.
Taskbar is on Monitor 2, smart task bar is disabled.
Have noticed that the clock does not update correctly.

Please check if you still have the problem without UltraMon running, my guess would be that this isn't related to UltraMon.
