When using the mirror taskbar along with the ability to set two different wallpapers, the main screen's wallpaper is shown through the mirror taskbar instead of the secondary screen's. It may be specific to having the secondary screen to the left of the main screen.

This seems to be a Vista issue, also happens with the main taskbar if you move it to the secondary monitor.
