So i have a dual screen setup and what I want is to have my right side monitor as my primary with my taskbar and such. I want to use the second monitor as my gaming monitor. Problem is, all games maximize on the primary (right side) monitor. What I have to do is run in windowed mode, drag it over to the left side monitor and maximize it there. Is there a way to have applications be opened up on a designated monitor?

This won't work with games, at least not in fullscreen mode. Most games will always run on the primary monitor in fullscreen mode.
For other applications, right-click the application's shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then configure the settings on the UltraMon - Window tab as desired.
One thing you could do is change the primary monitor before launching the game.

I don't know that wineq2 or innerspace will work with the game you are playing. If it does work, you can configure it to launch the game on the secondary display.
