Microsoft just recently launched a new application called "Desktops" which sets up virtual desktops in a multi-threaded way (more accurately multi-process), and supports up to 4 virtual desktops. Four virtual desktops gives me four different running explorer.exe's with UltraMon only tied to one, and here's my problem: UltraMon only allows one instance of itself, and therefore only works on one virtual desktop.
Is there any way this can be resolved?
The Application in question can be found at: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/cc817881.aspx

Thanks for the suggestion, I looked into it but am not sure yet if I'll do this.
Supporting one instance per desktop is easy, the problem is that there are issues when switching between desktops, for example the menu commands added by UltraMon no longer work until the affected application gets restarted.

I personally don't use the menu commands (keyboard shortcuts rock), but I can see how that's a major issue.
Hopefully something can be figured out; I also noticed Aero is off on the other desktops which makes things rather bizarre for switching between.

I'll add support for one instance per desktop in the next release, but don't know if the menu command issue can/will be fixed.
