My second monitor isn't in 100% use so it sometimes sits with the wallpaper showing. I was wondering if MultiMon was smart to notice no input on the second monitor and turn on the screensaver for just that one until I move the mouse over to it or drag an application over to it etc?

UltraMon doesn't support this directly, but you could run a screen saver manually on the secondary monitor with the UltraMon Screen Saver Player add-on. Please note that not all screen savers are compatible with the screen saver player.
