I would like to vote as well for that feature, especially since my Mouse (Razor Lachesis) has no good implementiation of Macros, but I can assign easily Buttons 4 + 5. And with them I would like to switch the application + mouse cursor to the other screen.

Could you not set your mouse 4 or 5 to execute a Ctrl + Alt + * keystroke and then set that keystroke to move your mouse? I know it would be possible with my Logitech mouse.

Taking this another direction, there's one feature from a competing product (DisplayFusion) that I really miss: middle-mouse-click on a window's title bar to send it to the next monitor. I'm using a keyboard hotkey to do that in UltraMon which works fine, but sometimes I'd rather just use that middle mouse button. :)

jc, you could do this with the WheelMoveWnd add-on.

Thanks for that - embarrassingly I didn't even know that addon existed! It's close to what I want so I'll run with it for now.
Ultimately I want the middle-click on a window's title bar to move the window to another monitor, not clicking within the window. This is because I use middle-click for other things. For now I've just mapped it to ctrl + middle-click and it'll do.
